Children are assessed for reading proficiency, dictation and recitation on a regular basis. Mental ability is also assessed through specialized assignments.

Report Card Format
  • Class I: Reflects only remarks based on performance.
  • Class II & III: Reflects Grades for all subjects.

Assessment Architecture

The academic year is divided into two equal terms (April–Sept and Oct–March). Each term consists of a comprehensive 100-mark evaluation, with the final yearly result being the average of both terms.

Promotion Guidelines

  • Minimum Grade: Must secure at least a D Grade in all core subjects for promotion.

  • Attendance Rule: Minimum 75% attendance is strictly mandatory for the academic session.

  • Retesting Clause: Only provided for medical emergencies (certificate required) or sports participation.

Co-Scholastic & Holistic Development

To ensure the holistic development of the student, co-curricular activities are observed through participation and students are graded term-wise on a 3-point grading scale.

Mandatory Policy Directives

Adherence to these fundamental academic guidelines is compulsory for all enrolled students without exception.

Attendance Minimum

75% attendance is non-negotiable for exam eligibility. Shortages up to 15% condoned strictly on documented medical grounds.

Medical Leave Protocol

Sick leaves during exams mandate a certified application by a government hospital doctor, submitted the very day of return.

Zero-Tolerance for Unfair Means

Immediate award of zero marks with no possibility of retesting. Disqualification from all academic awards and appointments. Repeated offenses invoke immediate expulsion.
